By accessing, browsing, registering, listing, or using the Website or Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

1. Platform Nature & Scope of Services

1.1 DotBrickX is a technology-enabled real estate discovery and listing platform that allows users to post, search, view, and connect regarding real estate properties, including residential, commercial, rental, resale, and allied real estate offerings.

1.2 DotBrickX is not a real estate broker, agent, developer, or property dealer, and does not:

• Negotiate or conclude property transactions
• Participate in sale, purchase, lease, or rent agreements
• Collect brokerage, commission, or transaction-based fees
• Verify ownership, title, legality, approvals, or compliance of properties

1.3 All listings, descriptions, prices, images, availability, and representations are provided solely by third-party users, including property owners, agents/brokers, and builders/developers.

1.4 Users acknowledge that DotBrickX acts only as a facilitating technology platform and bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or outcomes of property transactions.

2. Acceptance & Modification of Terms

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Execavel LLC.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

2.3 Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts.

3.2 If you access or use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

4. User Registration & Accounts

5.1 Listings may be posted by:

• Agents / Brokers
• Builders / Developers

5.2 You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right and authority to post the listing
• All information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading
• Images, logos, and content do not infringe third-party rights

5.3 DotBrickX does not verify listings and does not guarantee their authenticity.

5.4 We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reject listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Free Listings & Monetization

6.1 DotBrickX currently offers free listings for an initial period of six (6) months.

6.2 DotBrickX reserves the right to introduce:

• Paid listings
• Featured or promoted placements
• Subscription plans
• Advertising services

6.3 Any future charges will be communicated in advance, and continued use will be subject to acceptance of applicable pricing terms.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Misrepresent ownership or authority
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass platform security
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Website content
• Use the platform for illegal or unethical activities

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All Website content, including software, text, graphics, logos, designs, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Execavel LLC or its licensors.

8.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

8.3 User-submitted content remains owned by the user, but you grant DotBrickX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote such content on the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Disputes between users

11.2 DotBrickX’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to DotBrickX in the preceding twelve (12) months, if applicable.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Execavel LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your listings or content
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 DotBrickX may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms.

13.2 Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

14.1 If a dispute arises, the parties agree to resolve it through arbitration before going to court.

14.2 Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator, in a mutually agreed location or via online arbitration.

14.3 Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.

14.4 Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief where legally required.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

15.2 For matters not resolved through arbitration, courts of competent jurisdiction shall apply, with recognition of applicable enforcement laws for users located in India.

16. Severability & Waiver

16.1 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

16.2 Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
